Cat Lynch has joined Belina as an Employment and Welfare specialist.   Cat will be delivering the GRoW programme and employability workshops in South London on the BAME project.

Cat has extensive experience in working on government funded contracts including; welfare to work and education having worked for A4e, Skills Training UK and Maximus employment and training in senior management roles.

Cat has also volunteered in her own time at children centres; supporting with the Early Years get Britain reading campaign and was School governor in a Ofsted rated outstanding nursery and children Centre.

Cat truly believes the best route out of poverty is education and employment.
She still remembers the first person she supported into employment and the joy that person took telling their daughter that they had a job. Amazing !

For this reason Cat is really excited to be using her skills to build links and support women and the wider community with the Belina GRoW programme.
