Empowering Tamil Women

Our new partnership with this inspirational group of Women  in Croydon is going from strength to strength with nearly all the women seeking help to move either into work or on to training programmes.

The group recently undertook a project of identifying what employers are looking for and what they are a group can offer and came up with this fantastic poster which reads Woman who manages the family can manage the world!
