Mercedes Grant is heading up our work in Hammersmith and Fulham with a weekly drop-in based in the Edward Woods Centre with contact with the Somali and Bengali women’s Groups She is also undertaking outreach in the local community with H&F children’s Centres and we will be looking to set up a GRoW programme soon.
