Liz Sewell
Director
Liz Sewell has over twenty years’ experience in employability programmes. Her company Belina provides tailored support to women to developed their confidence, motivation and employability skills. Her GRoW programme, which has been Highly Commended at the National Employment awards is currently being delivered on the Troubled Families and Building Better Opportunities programmes. Liz is on the Employment Related Services Association Board, She is a former Chief Executive of the lone parent charity Gingerbread, and was Chair of Trustees at the Welfare Rights Charity LASA for a decade. She was made a Fellow of the IEP in 2016. Her programmes have twice been Highly Commended by ERSA for Innovation.
Saeema Yusuf
Engagement Officer
Saeema works in the Community engaging parents and partners. She has made new links with employers like Heathrow and local organisations like REAP. She joined the GRoW programme at her children’s school and then joined the team.
Tosin Beckley
Employment First Officer
Tosin is your first call if you want to get a job. She will help you to upgrade your CV, take you to meet an employer or an agency and build your confidence. She has a background in the Private Sector and local Government. She was on the GRoW programme briefly before joining the Team.
Mercedes Grant
GRoW Islington
Mercedes was a graduate of one of Belina’s first Employment Programmes, Take Three Days. She then joined Belina in 2013 and is now a consultant for the GROW programme. Mercedes was instrumental in developing the GRoW Your Own Business part of the Programme. Mercedes has experience gained over many years from a diverse range of employments including banking, call centre operations, hairdressing and beauty therapy to training in Linguistic Programming, as an Early Years Teacher and as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist.
Michelle Grenada-Bryan
Employment Bulletin
A lawyer and civil servant until she had her children, Michelle is now responsible for putting together the GRoW Weekly Jobs Bulletin. Another GRoW graduate – she also works at one of our Partner schools, Cranford Park Academy.
Chantelle El-Sawy
ISET Champion
After being part of the GRoW programme, Chantelle joined the team to develop a project for the mums of Autistic Children and has become our ISET champion. She continues to work with parents at Hayes Job Centre and organises our regular coffee mornings.
Heather Ette
Communications
Heather is an employability communications specialist, who also works with the Institute of Employability Professionals. She writes our Newsletters and gets out our Jobs Bulletin.
