Two Year old offer
If you have a child aged two, you may be entitled to free childcare for 15 hours a
week.
Three and four year olds
All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours free childcare a week.
Childcare Element of Working Tax Credit
If you claim Working Tax Credit, for a lone parent that means working more than 16 hours, you may be entitled to help with childcare costs. Up to 70% up to a maximum of £122.50 for one child and £210 for two children.

The Government has promised tax free childcare and under Universal Credit support for care will start with your first hour at work and will be at 85% of the limits. There will also be 30 hours of free childcare for children aged three and four of working parents.
