Where do I even begin? Belina has been so much more than a place of work for me. My journey started as a woman coming through the programme myself, never imagining that I would go on to spend 13 incredible years working alongside some of the most amazing women I’ve ever met.
What started as an opportunity became a career, lifelong friendships and a team of women who have truly become family. Together, we’ve laughed, cried, supported one another, overcome challenges and, most importantly, had the privilege of making a positive difference in the lives of so many women across London and the UK.
Being part of something that empowers women to recognise their potential, build their confidence and create new opportunities for themselves has been both inspiring and incredibly rewarding. I’ve grown so much personally and professionally, and I will always be grateful for the people, experiences and memories that have shaped my journey.
Although Belina’s doors are closing, its impact doesn’t end here. It lives on in every woman we’ve supported, every life we’ve touched and every connection we’ve made. And that is something I will always be proud of.
